I ordered a family meal (chicken & steak) on Uber Eats and the delivery person delivered to someone with the same name before me and gave her my order and brought her small bag of Mofongo to me. The other Katie (I actually think it was Katy) ate good that night thanks to me! Anyway...I called the restaurant and they were closed, so I thought all was lost but somehow the delivery person got in touch and they messaged me on WhatsApp saying my order was on the way. The food was here in about 15 minutes and was absolutely delicious. I so appreciate the above and beyond customer service that wasn't even the restaurant's fault. I will definitely be ordering again.
Have had a few TGTG orders from here and have yet to be disappointed by the amount of food received and the quality. Chicken, rice, beans, and soup are always well seasoned and the service is always super warm and friendly even at the end of the day!
The food was very good. The waiter was very attentive and sweet. The place was very nice. I stopped there for lunch with a coworker today We took a cab just to try this food lol
